Most of what a person can do never shows up on the invoice.
You hire a specialist for a specific job, and the job is what you see. What you don’t see is everything underneath it — the products they’ve shipped, the systems they keep running at 2am, the things they understand because they built them and not because they read about them. I’ve watched a lot of very good people get hired for one narrow slice of what they actually know.
So this is the rest of it. Businesses I’ve built and still run, tools I needed and couldn’t find anywhere, and whatever I’m currently making myself learn. Lately most of it has been AI, because that’s where the problems worth solving are right now. Some are real products with real users. Some are experiments that stayed experiments.
None of this is what a firm hires me for. All of it is why I’m good at what they do hire me for.

Nova is a team of AI agents that handles the repetitive work behind digital marketing, rank tracking, local SEO, citations, competitor research, content, QA, small site fixes, so that the hours I spend go to strategy instead. It runs my own projects and client websites in production.

A crawler I built because the existing ones were not good enough for what I needed, large-scale collection, knowledge extraction, and indexing that AI can actually use.

A city platform for travelers, expats and local businesses. It is where I learned RAG and autonomous content generation properly, at a scale where getting it wrong was visible.

ID verification and fraud prevention for Latin America. It exists because verifying who you are about to do business with is genuinely hard there, and that costs people real money.
